Vehicles and fleet

Our fleet

The vehicles we use are clearly one of the most important factors in successfully delivering our transfers. That’s why every year we update half of our fleet to ensure the latest model is on the road, ready to transfer you safely to resort.

We have a variety of vehicle sizes to cater to all different groups sizers and transfer requirements. The main types of vehicle we use are as follows:

Renault Master - The Renault masters make up a large proportion or our fleet, with a grey metallic finish and AlpyBus branding you won’t miss them. Each minibus has 13 seats for passengers, plus space for luggage, and each vehicle as standard has air conditioning and heating for those cold winter mornings. The Masters do a great job of delivering transfers all over the Alps, plus all are fitted with snow tyres and chains in the Winter months.

Mercedes Sprinter – We have a number of Sprinters in the fleet, used for larger group sizes of 16 to 20 passengers. These practical minibuses offer full air conditioning and heating as well as space for luggage, and of course all are equipped with high quality snow tyres and chains.

MAN TGE - A new addition to our fleet is the MAN TGE, much like the Mercedes Sprinter these are larger minibuses able to take up to 16 passengers with plenty of luggage space and space inside for the passengers.

Mercedes Vito - Our fantastic newly acquired Mercedes fleet is ideal for smaller groups and offer a more luxurious transfer to your ski resort of choice catering for up to 7 passengers.

Mercedes, Setra and Bova Coaches—With these vehicles can cater for big groups, events and corporate reservations easily.

We can also offer trailers for those bringing excess luggage with them or bulky items such as bikes. All of our vehicles are subject to careful tachograph management in line with EU regulations, which are there to maintain passenger and driver safety.

Vehicle Management

AlpyBus takes the safety of its passengers and drivers very seriously, which is why we have a network of checks in place to ensure vehicles are kept and maintained in paramount condition.

We have a dedicated fleet team whose primary role is to ensure all vehicles are maintained to the highest standard, plus we conduct regular checks which consist of the following:

  • Daily full vehicle inspection before shifts.
  • Timely MOT (Control Technique) on all vehicles.
  • Regular Interval maintenance based on Kilometres travelled.
