Alpybus Platform Terms and Conditions
1.- This booking platform (the “Platform”) is operated by Alpybus SARL, duly incorporated in Switzerland, and registered in the Trade Registry of Geneva, with registered office at chemin de Morglas 8, 1214 Vernier, and with (IDE/UID) CHE-112.005.298. (hereinafter referred as “Alpybus”).
The term “Client” refers to any individual making a booking. In cases where there is a group of 2 passengers or more, this individual will automatically be allocated the status of ‘lead passenger’ and will be responsible for all persons travelling under the booking.
2.- Through this Platform, Alpybus offers a booking service for the purchase of the services the Client selects. When the Client purchases services through this Platform, it is formalized into an agreement directly with the transport provider (the “Transport Provider”). Alpybus does not enter into the contractual relationship relating to the services that the Client purchases, unless expressly indicated as such. When the Client makes a booking via this Platform, the contract will be between the Transport Provider and the Client, except for the payment terms hereinafter. In order for the Client to review the terms and conditions of the corresponding Transport Service Provider.
The Client states to be of legal age and possesses the necessary legal capacity to use the Platform in accordance with these terms, which are understood and acknowledged in full. The Client is liable for any financial consequences derived from the undue use of this Platform by unauthorised third parties using said passwords. The Client agrees to not use this Website for illegal or improper purposes.
3.- The Client accepts these payment conditions on behalf of each member of the booking party. They will be the primary contact for all information and matters concerning the booking including payment.
4.- Payment can be made in two set ways with Alpybus SARL:
- Online - at the time of making the booking. If you are booking via email, please confirm all details are correct and use the 'Pay Now' link in the booking e-ticket, the booking is not confirmed until you make full payment.
- Phone - with one of the Alpybus representatives. Payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard or Amex (Amex will be charged in CHF) Once paid, the Client will be issued a prepaid e-ticket.
5.- If no prepayment has been made for the booking, the booking is not confirmed and Alpybus reserves the right to cancel the booking at any point.
All bookings must be prepaid before travel. Alpybus reserves the right to request pre-payment for all transfers, refusal to do so will result in the cancellation of the unconfirmed booking.
6.- Alpybus accepts no responsibility or liability for bookings cancelled by the Transport Provider last minute because of lack of prepayment.
If there are any fare changes necessary after the booking has been made, Alpybus will produce written confirmation of these changes by email (if the Client has provided an email address), or by telephone.
If the Client does not want to accept the fare change, then Alpybus will cancel the booking and any monies paid by the client to Alpybus for the reservation will be refunded (depending on refund policy period).
7.- It remains the responsibility of the Client to check the booking confirmation E ticket of any errors when making a booking over the phone or via email, Alpybus is not responsible for any errors made via phone or email bookings.
8.- Any bank or credit card charges incurred by the client when reserving with Alpybus are made at the Client's cost. Charges vary from bank to bank and will also vary depending on currency. Alpybus accepts no liability for any charges incurred.
9.- Receipts will be sent via email upon the Client's request.
10.- Clients with previously arranged accounts with Alpybus may choose to be invoiced for the services provided. All invoices must be settled according to the terms stated on the invoice. Failure to do so may result in a surcharge.
11.- Cancellations and refunds must be made by email through your account at www.zurich-transfer.ch and will be confirmed by email. If no confirmation of cancellation has been received it is the responsibility of the Client to contact www.zurich-transfer.ch by email: info@zurich-transfer.ch, or by Tel +41 (0)22 420 15 35.
PRIVATE TRANSFERS CANCELATIONS:
Notice Period less than 2 days – 0% refund given.
Notice Period under 7 days – 50% refund given.
Notice Period more than 7 days – 100% refund given.
The conditions of the service are subject to the terms and conditions of each Transport Service Provider, and the User must ensure he/she consults the applicable terms and conditions of the Transport Provider.
